Turrialba and Rt 225

What a gorgeous morning! Yay! I got my fun back today. Double yay! 🙂

I headed out to my old standby, Rt 230 through Santa Cruz to Turrialba. The air was so clear! The morning light so lovely! I had a great time. (But I am ready to call forth my inner adventurer to go on some new roads. This is getting old!)

Instead of heading down to Cachi and the Orosi valley, I turned right on 224 heading to Paraiso and was glad to stop at the Mirador Ujarras. I have not been there in years. I saw some friends there. 🙂

I had a lot of fun today, even on the circumvalacion, which may not be so smart. But the traffic was light on it and it was flowing, and so was I. Today, I had the power back! It may not last, but I enjoyed it while I had it. 🙂

September 3, 2018. Total time 6 hrs 45 min. It was a fast ride, but I stopped for a lot of photos. More than I am posting.
