I went on a ride yesterday, Sunday, August 30th, with friends, to Zarcero then around to route 32. The weather collaborated. I loved seeing Platanar volcano in San Carlos. I would like to ride up a bit closer someday, if there is a way.
It was so much fun! Each part of Costa Rica is unique. The road from Zarcero to Quesada is gorgeous…agricultural farm land and cow pastures…and quite curvy. Route 32 had clear skies and no traffic, so those curves were delicious as well. It was a special weekend to go on two rides back to back. Good times!
