Detour to Recreo Verde, Marcella, Venecia – on Halloween morning.

Today I decided to go to Termales del Bosque in Aguas Zarcas. I love their wildness.

IMG_20191031_063810 — I was delighted to see this little waterfall again. It was missing for a while.

IMG_20191031_072430 — I went to my usual Mirador de Cinchona Restaurant for breakfast.

And was happy to see the Emerald Toucanettes there again.

I saw a sign I had not seen before for some hotsprings titled “Recreo Verde” so I did a U-turn and went to check them out. The place is a tourist attraction in Marcella, with a restaurant, several pools, and tables and chairs for hanging out. It is right next to the Toro River.

IMG_20191031_084659 — I like the road in to Recreo Verde. Once in, it is mostly gravel with some hills.

I then went to Aguas Zarcas to soak and relax in the hot pools there.

I love my life.
