It’s fulfilling to belong to different tribes (motorcycle groups, 12 Step groups, women’s groups, Focusing groups, etc). I get both the solitary time I enjoy so much, and the “together” time, which most mammals need, I suppose. 🙂
Today, a small group of eight of us rode to Route 2 to Santa Maria de Dota, then to Ciudad Colon via route 209. I had not been on that route for a while. I enjoyed it. (I have several posts about these routes, so I don’t have much to say.)
I sure do like Yamaha XT250s because they are much lower than my Honda Tornado 250. But, my Tornado has more power, and this is something I am relishing at the moment. 🙂 I am also getting used to the height, though sometimes it still makes me feel awkward on my tippy-toes! 🙂

The day was gorgeous, the views fantastic, as always. (And, we didn’t stop for photos.)
I like this group because they include all styles and sizes of motorcycles, from BMWs to Honda Crossrunners (etc.) to my Tornado 250 and the XT 250. Yay for inlcusiveness!

Closing thought: Living life in balance works. The only extreme I need is extreme fun!
FEEL THE BEAUTY. KNOW THE LOVE. LIVE THE POWER.
