We get by with a little help from our friends. (Piedades Sur, San Ramón)

Olman, a new moto-riding friend from my new group, had to go get a blood test done in San Ramón today. He invited Freddy’s group to go, so three of us went with him. Fun to be with friends!

Gaby brought coffee and snacks while we waited for Olman to get his blood test.

We went down Rt 742 till we had to stop because Gaby could not go any further on her scooter.

But Freddy and I rode a bit, and I got to practice standing. Felix, Honda Leader is correct: it is much easier to ride gravel while standing. The bike dances underneath, while one feels fine up above. I need to practice more. I still can’t figure out how to shift while standing! Hahaha! May need to raise the clutch up a bit.

I love Route 742. I hope to ride it all the way down to San Jeronimo de Esparza again someday. Here is my blog post about it from last year: Amazing Grace!

Gorgeous area.

We then went to the Honda dealer in San Ramón and I ordered some sliders for Storm! I will pick them up the first week of August.

We came home via Palmares>Atenas.

It was a fun and relaxing day. I am grateful to be making MORE motorcycle friends!

I wonder if I will have any energy left to ride tomorrow?! 🙂 Yesterday I went to Turrialba in the car. I had fun listening to my favorite tunes. I went to get plants.  I am happy to be planting trees and flowers in my yard.

I love driving or riding in Turrialba!
