On Sunday, August 1, 2021, my friend Alex and I went to Carrillo via Hojancha.
We first went to Costa de Pájaros, a small fishing village along the Puntarenas coast.
Then we took a detour to Punta Piedra Beach. What an awesome entrance!
I like this rocky beach. Lovely find!!
This was my favorite part of a peace-filled ride.
We then went to Hojancha, had lunch at Machos Bar😂, and closed the day in Carrillo.
We stayed at Hotel Buena Vista. It is really well made and well maintained, with excellent attention to detail. And Vincent, the co-owner is really friendly. I don’t usually write reviews on my blog, but I do like supporting high quality establishments.
