On Sunday, August 1, 2021, my friend Alex and I went to Carrillo via Hojancha.
We first went to Costa de PƔjaros, a small fishing village along the Puntarenas coast.
Then we took a detour to Punta Piedra Beach. What an awesome entrance!
I like this rocky beach. Lovely find!!
This was my favorite part of a peace-filled ride.
We then went to Hojancha, had lunch at Machos Barš, and closed the day in Carrillo.
We stayed at Hotel Buena Vista. It is really well made and well maintained, with excellent attention to detail. And Vincent, the co-owner is really friendly. I don’t usually write reviews on my blog, but I do like supporting high quality establishments.
